- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water
- Lemon
Method:
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
- Top up with soda
- Garnish with a slice of lemon
