Well, You can't spell "CoshOCTOn" without the word "OCTO" as in Octopoda, ie: Octopus... so it's just shortened to "POD" and as for the "Goggles" it's refering to "Steampunk", which is a creative subgenre of science fiction or science fantasy that incorporates technology and aesthetic designs inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery. Sorry if we have you confused! Just think of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne, The Time Machine by H.G. Wells or The Steam Man of the Prairies by Edward S. Ellis... then include Pirates of the Caribbean!
