- 25ml Gin
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Champagne
- Lemon Twist
Method:
- Shake the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice
- Double strain into a chilled champagne flute
- Top up with champagne
- Garnish with a lemon twist
