Glassware:

Champagne Flute

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Gin
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Champagne
  • Lemon Twist

Method:

  • Shake the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice
  • Double strain into a chilled champagne flute
  • Top up with champagne
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
