Amaretto Sour

Ramos Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Gin
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 50ml Cream
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 Dashes of Orange Flower Water
  • 2 Drops of Vanilla Extract
  • Soda Water

Method:

  • Shake all the ingredients apart from the soda in a shaker without ice
  • Add ice and shake again
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
  • Top up with soda

History:

The Ramos Fizz is a variation on the standard Gin Fizz (Tom Collins)
