Ingredients:
- 50ml Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 50ml Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 3 Dashes of Orange Flower Water
- 2 Drops of Vanilla Extract
- Soda Water
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients apart from the soda in a shaker without ice
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
- Top up with soda
