Ingredients:
- 25ml Dry Vermouth
- 50ml Vodka
- Lemon Twist or Olive
Method:
- Stir the vermouth with ice in a mixing glass or shaker until chilled
- Add the vodka and stir again
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with either an olive or lemon twist
