Ingredients:
- 50ml Cognac
- 10ml Absinthe
- 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
- 2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
- Lemon Peel
Method:
- Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned glass with absinthe
- Add ice to chill glass
- Stir the rest of the ingredients with ice
- Strain into the emptied Old Fashioned glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel
