Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Cognac
  • 10ml Absinthe
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Lemon Peel

Method:

  • Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned glass with absinthe
  • Add ice to chill glass
  • Stir the rest of the ingredients with ice
  • Strain into the emptied Old Fashioned glass
  • Garnish with a lemon peel
