Ingredients:

  • 25ml Vodka
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Creme de Cassis
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Prosecco
  • Blackberry

Method:

  • Shake the vodka, lemon juice, creme de cassis and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
  • Top up with prosecco
  • Garnish with a blackberry
