  • 35ml Port
  • 15ml Brandy
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • Ground Nutmeg

Method:

  • Shake the port, brandy and egg yolk in a shaker filled with ice
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Garnish with some ground nutmeg
