Ingredients:
- 25ml White Rum
- 15ml Dark Rum
- 10ml Triple Sec
- 15ml Orgeat Syrup
- 10ml Lime Juice
- Mint Sprig
- Cherry
- Crushed Ice
Method:
- Shake the white rum, triple sec, orgeat and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice
- Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
- Layer the dark rum on top of the mix
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry
