Ingredients:

  • 25ml White Rum
  • 15ml Dark Rum
  • 10ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • Mint Sprig
  • Cherry
  • Crushed Ice

Method:

  • Shake the white rum, triple sec, orgeat and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice
  • Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
  • Layer the dark rum on top of the mix
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry
