Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

• 25ml Vodka
• 25ml Coffee Liqueur
• 10ml Sugar Syrup
• 2 Shots of Espresso
• Coffe Beans

Method:

• Make two shots of espresso and wait until cool
• Shake the coffe vigorously with the vodka, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with three coffee beans

History:

The Espresso Martini is a fairly recent invention, created in London in the late 1980's. Apparently created after an unidentified model requested a drink that would 'wake' her up and 'fuck' her up
