Ingredients:
- 10ml Cognac
- Champagne
- Angostura Bitters
- 1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
- Orange Twist
Method:
- Pour the sugar into the bottom on a Champagne Flute
- Add a few dashes of bitters and Cognac
- Top up with Champagne
- Garnish with an orange twist
