  • 25ml White Peach Puree
  • Prosecco

Method:

  • Pour peach puree into champagne flute
  • Top up with Prosecco
  • Stir

History:

Invented in the late 1930's or early 1940's in Venice, and named after a 15th century artist

Variations:

Any number of flavours can be used in place of peach
